Jazz Dance, is experimental, free form and fluid; inventive & exuberant. And, like the music, jazz dance incorporates influences from everywhere. The smooth and syncopated moves of jazz are always all about the performance.

Flexibility and finesse are the building blocks of Jazz and Modern Theatre Dance and they are blended with an accent on performance. The style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all utilise strength and flexibility.
This is a highly energetic dance style, creativity and self-expression are the goals of this discipline.
